Hangman and his band of merry men when they sign in. They will be sent to a
holding area by NASTY JOSH, and his white shirts to be interrogated. ALL P.B.C’S
WILL BE CLEAN AND SOBER, IF NOT THEY WILL BE SENT PACKIN BY THE HANGMAN! NO
WOMEN’S CLOTHES, NO LIPSTICK, NO FOUL ODORS, NO FISH HEADS, NO SHIT! ALL GRAND
COUNCIL RULES WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED! NO RETREADS. Associate membership
